jfy65 how did you get on with your Foleys in Athy? My friend is a Foley, she lives in Athy. Her family are from Ballytore, a small village just out the road. Just wondering if she would be a distant relation to you. Post some details re your Foleys and I'll get her to check it out -only if you want.
Regards

Hi sams mam! sorry for the very, very, long delay. My cousin and his wife should be heading to Athy in the next couple of months. He was actually heading to Cork as we were all originally of the opinion that our family came from Cork. Thanks to help from others it was established that the actual location was Athy, Kildare. Will let you know how he gets on.
