Hi Hibee

I have two ancestors buried at South Leith as children in the 1840's.  They died a year or so apart and were both buried near " Malcolm & Innes' " flatstone.  I wonder if you can find a mention of Malcolm, Innes, or even Malcolm Innes.  I was just wondering if it was a random burial place or if they were related.
Thank you very much.

Govinda

Hi Govinda

Sorry- there is neither a Malcolm or an Innes listed in South Leith MIs (apart from a Malcolm on the War Memorial).

Hi Hibee,

I've just discovered this post and was wondering if you still have the South Leith MI's? If so, can I request a lookup please?

The families I am interested in are HASTIE/HASTY and LEGATE/LEGGET and should they have gravestones I would be very grateful if you could help me as I intend to visit the cemetery in October.

Sorry to latch on to this thread - it's pure chance I've found it.

Regards,
Matt.
