Cheers Sancti that's great.  John was the son of Thomas.
Just to fill in some info "Thomas Cockburn was a Private in the 2nd. Batallion 91st. Regiment (Argylls) between 1811 and1818. He was wounded in the thigh at the battle of Bergen op Zoom in 1814. He was also present at the Battle of Waterloo although the Regiment was held in reserve. He was awarded the Waterloo Medal and granted the Waterloo Pension of 2 extra years on his pension."
Thanks again.

Hi Sancti, my name is Doug. I am interested in photos of the following stones: Andrew Orr/Helen Hamilton, James Weir/Jane Jack, John Weir/Mary Pettigrew, James Weir/Isabel Faulds, there is one there that has John Orr, James Orr/Janet Thompson, John Orr Jr/Catherine Easton Cochrane. I beleive this one is beside or is part of the same stone, as James Orr/Mary Wilkenson. James Orr and Janet Thompson are my 3rd great grandparents. Any reply would be helpful.
Regards
Doug.

Hello Sancti,
I noticed that you have taken pictures of some gravestones in the Cambuslang Parish Churchyard. I do not know  the burial dates of those interred there. My great uncle Donald Allan b 1886 died 19 June 1954 at a hospital in East Kilbride but his home address was Newton Cambuslang. He and his wife Margaret Plunkett had lived there for many years. I'm wondering if you would know where he/they might be buried.
Kind regards, Nan
