Jackie joined Rootschat on 9 February 11 and that was the last time she logged in.

Hopefully she is receiving notifications of the replies people have made here,as long as she hasn't changed her email address. We can't even send her a personal message as she has only made one posting.

I typed this reply in Feb 2013 and the situation is still the same,Jacqueline never did log back in to Rootschat. I don't know if a moderator has an email address for her?

No, but I know that they can email people to remind them that there is a reply to a message.

Has anyone on this thread actually tried sending a PM- sometimes members with only 1 post can get one PM but not send any until they've made a reply. If a PM is sent and the email address is no longer valid then Rootschat will be notified of a bounced message and a note might appear under that member's avatar.

The only people authorised to contact chatters by personal email in these instances are Trystan & Sarah, the site owners.

I'll report this topic to them and see if they can send Jackie a message about the posts here.

It hasn't been possible to send her a pm, her inbox is 'full' so someone else has tried before.

You need a higher post count to be able to send and receive more messages.

Hello I have just checked on Jacqueline's email settings and notifications, I am sorry to say that the email she registered with is no longer working.
