Looks like another day roaming around another churchyard, He was a Miller to begin with so who knows maybe get lucky if not never mind i will see somewhere I havent been before   :) :)

Despite it's size there is a cemetery by the church in Bettws GG and a newer one very close to the village so I would have thought they were also possibilities.

Hi again

On the other thread (link given above),  the 1841 residence was:

Melin Llwyn (?), Gwyddelwern HO107/1428/15/12/15

If the family were still living there and he'd died of exposure at Melin y Wig, then he's most likely to be buried close to his home, I'd think.

I don't see this place on the maps so far - have checked one old map and an OS modern map.
