Looking for info. on the below mentioned person.

Janet Edmeston DUNN

married Donald Chisholm CAMERON in 1892 maybe Iin Seymour.

She died about 1899 and is buried in the Seymour Pioneer Cemertery.

This is all that l have on her for the moment.

Can anyone help me out

Unfortunately the index does not give the actual place of marriage.

I actually got it from her husbands death Cert. working out dates by what was written in it.

Another chatter then helped me out.

Her name and married name showed up on a memorial stone where her husband was burried.

Purely by chance l came across it.

But you have located the parents and reg. number for me also with her age l can work out her possible date of birth - thanks for that.

Or is there a chance you could find her year of birth for me.

there is a record of Probate for Jephthah - a wood merchant of Glenpark, Mangalore, died 7 Aug 1890.

 Unfortunately the will itself is not digitised but his wife Margaret is mentioned and what looks to be a brother of your Jane - William Hamilton DUNN, wood merchant also, of Melrose St, North Melbourne.  He left the tidy sum of 2800 pounds.

That is the family for sure Mangalore is where they married now looking very carefully at Donald`s death certif.
