Give them a call at Ceredigion Archives in Aberystwyth, The ladies there are most helpful and very knowledgable.   They will be able to tell you exactly what records are available and in the past have been most obliging in looking up information.   The website address you have...........e mail archives@ceredigion.gov.uk    tel 01970 633696/633698

Dave and Osprey thank you very much indeed, it is very much appreciated.
I am trying my hardest to get as much as possible for my Uncle's birthday next month, he will be over the moon with all this.

I did contact the ladies at archives and sadly they had no information on them, she said saying that it did not mean they did not live there.
So now where do I look?

it does tend to be only head of households for directories. I don't think electoral roles will help as the males in this family may not have been entitled to vote - there was a property quailification before 1918.

Why do you need to know who else was in the household? You have census entries for the family before and after the marriage. Have you checked the 1911 for them?

Osprey
Thank you for that.
Sorry if I am repeating myself.
The reason I asked this enquiry was as I said after many years I have at last got the correct wedding for my Great Grand parents.
The question regarding who was living at that address at the time of their wedding was to try to put pieces together, I was most surprised that they were living in that area, and would have like to know who if anybody where they living with, also wonder how long they were living there.

When I am doing this I try to image the scene and sometimes I admit I go on too much.
I apologise for this, being too eager and wanting too much, once again sorry

no need to apologise. As the families seem to travel, it could be that they were just lodging in Aberystwyth. You can see from the birthplaces of the children that they moved around. Perhaps they had a circuit that they travelled. Birth certs & census entries will help you plot their movements.
