I think William and Ann were in Chesterfield in 1841 (surname mashed as Moschell)

Shambles
William Mitchell 30 tailor/draper Y
Anne ditto 30 Y
Joseph ditto 6 Y
Sarah ditto 2 Y

HO107 piece 94 book 3

Not too sure of William's occupation but it looks similar to "Draper & tailor" on the other half of the page. The nest address down is Low Pavement which is where the Smiths were in 1851.
