I've just come across this website, which has a lot of genealogy information. They do charge, but the prices seem very reasonable.

Before purchasing from this site (and similar) I would check whether you can download them yourself for free from the likes of http://www.archive.org/  or http://books.google.com.au/bkshp?hl=en&tab=wp I checked some of the Scottish items and was able to download then for free

What a great resource this one is thank you! I was only looking for Irish information, which as you know is scarce. Genespdf do seem to have a lot of info that I haven’t seen elsewhere, but I guess like most things, you have to shop around.
