Horatio Vincent doesnt die till 1963, so she wasnt free to marry . .

Maybe they were divorced? We really don't know.
We think it is possible that the 1934 birth was the result of an affair and that her father was born out of wedlock.

Do you have the birth certificate from 1934. That should name the father.

The FreeBMD reg for Henry Allen in 1934 indicates his mother's maiden name as LUETCHFORD.
