I wonder has Mary Anne been counted twice in 1911, it can happen, unless she has a cousin of the same name perhaps.

There is a Rosanna Clarke as witness to the marriage of Michael and Elizabeth, she appears to be Elizabeth's sister,
Marriage 1907 from 25 Sarah Place to Henry Lee
https://civilrecords.irishgenealogy.ie/churchrecords/images/marriage_returns/marriages_1907/10090/5670769.pdf

or looking at the census maybe a cousin, all this 25 Sarah Place is confusing, they all seem to live there at some stage.
1901 25 Sarah Place
http://www.census.nationalarchives.ie/pages/1901/Dublin/New_Kilmainham/Sarah_Place/1269417/
but at number 19 there is a Rosey Clarke
http://www.census.nationalarchives.ie/pages/1901/Dublin/New_Kilmainham/Sarah_Place/1269406/
both father's are John Clarke.
Looking again the 25 Sarah Place John is too young to be Elizabeth's father.

Phew ..incredible .. my family tree is growing fast.. a lot to look into.
Thank you for making the Lee connection there, I visited the grave of MAry Anne and her husband in the summer and then i was shown another grave, of Lee family, who my relative knew were in some way related, and on the stone is written In Loving Memory of our mother Rosanna Lee,  "25 Sarah Place, Island Bridge " Died 21st Dec 1965 .... We were not sure what the connection was, but you have just made it :-) Seems like they probably lived there until it was knocked down and rebuilt. It is very near Phoenix park and the river .

I can see Rosanna baptism, parent's as dathai has posted but this is a complex family so not entirely convinced she is Elizabeth's sister yet, but highly likely.

Rosanna' death cert informant her daughter Julia ?Gregeory?

Got her
Esther Clarke 1879
https://civilrecords.irishgenealogy.ie/churchrecords/images/birth_returns/births_1879/02920/2069806.pdf

mmmm
need to see the original

St.James doesn't go up to 1879
https://registers.nli.ie/parishes/0496

Edit,
This odd looking baptism is an earlier date than the birth cert. It is very common for baptism to be earlier than birth certs dates as people often fibbed on certs to avoid paying fine for late registration of births. Notice the birth wasn't registered until 13 May.
