Holstein - finding a place name.

I have my an ancestor's Australian Naturalisation Certificate from 1875
 
Name is Nicolaus Gunther.

His place of birth was given as "Ellerbach' Holstein".  I have used Google Earth & maps but can find no such place there now. 
  Any ideas welcomed.

Could this be it?  Notice there is a place nearby called Holzheim.

There's an Ellerbek in Holstein, a few miles NW of Hamburg.

The Ellerbek sounds a possibility.  His name is also on list of emigrants from Schleswig-Holstein so this could be right.
