I have an ancestor who was called Elizabeth Duncan before she married my Great Great Grandfather. He was 44 and she was 18. This was in Dundee.They produced my Great Grandfather Peter Duncan Henderson.

Her parents were Helen Grieve and John Duncan. With the great age difference, he died well before her.

She remarried and the person's last name was Lyall. Obviously, she became Elizabeth Lyall. As far as I know Elizabeth w as born around 1854.

Any connection?
