Is it possible for lookups on these Census' for Cork or are
they not available?

Only the 1901 and 1911 census returns are complete - these are both available (free) on http://census.nationalarchives.ie/

Oh OK thanks - I've got info from those two Census'
but was hoping to be able to go backward from there.

Did they do Census in Ireland prior to 1901?

They did - but they except for small scattered fragments they dont survive - see the introduction topic.
