Hi all,

Jemima May Pyatt (Lees) was my great grandmother.  I have been researching the family tree and would be interested in any more details that any of you can add.

My dad remembers a Prince Pyatt but until finding this chat I hadn't managed to place him.

That's great, thanks Trish.  I knew that Clara was married 3 times but didn't have the details from the certificates such as occupation.  It's great to see witnesses as I guess these often form part of the bigger picture.
I hadn't found Sarah Hobbies birth details so I can add that to my tree.

I'm really interested to find out more about both sides of my family. I'm finding that name changes and varying ages across census info makes it a bit of a jigsaw! An interesting challenge though.

Mary Hobbins age 83 surnames transcribed as Hobint  & William’s as Hollom

Crikey, you need detective status to work your way through it don't you! I don't know how more popular names get started.

I'm going to post details of other people I've drawn a blank with- keep you lot busy  ;)

Thanks for this info.
