I just wondered if you had any details on an Arthur Gray Chalmers died 20th October 168, and his brother David Chalmers 1973.

Sorry my information is so limit, both men were unmarried, and I wouldn't be surprised if they are buried with other family, but the only other possible grave location is William Chalmers and Catherine Reid but the headstone you found for them do not mention either of the above brothers.
I have the burial records for their other brothers John and Robert and they are not included in the plot.

Cemetery and most were stones before 1950.

One brother Robert was married to Jessie Wilson and they are buried in Lair ED A49, and Robert was unmarried and buried with his parents David Chalmers and Marion Campbell in Lair ED 2213.

Hi Moo sory nothing for Robert & Jessie,
there is one for David & Marion but no me mention of John on stone

I should have put John and Jessie, not Robert, lol, I know the headstone only gives John, as he was my grandfather, I was a bit shocked not to see Jessie on the headstone, but I don't think my dad was too fond of his mother.

I am also looking in to my other grandparents on the Galloway side, a fairly large family by all accounts, and so far mostly in Dunfermline, so if you have any Galloway's I would be very interested.

Galloways so you can see when the were born, I have many other Galloways in various
Fife Cemetery but would require both parents names for lookups

Thomas Anderson, died 22/09/1895, age 83 and his wife
Catherine Anderson, (nee Davies) died 18/12/1894, age 67. Both died in Dunfermline.
