Frances Jones (1853 - 1873)

Robert Jones (1807 - 1892) and his wife Jane Parry (1816 - 1879) both of LLanuwchllyn had various children including Frances (1853 - 1873). We know all these dates are correct and can find her on the 1861 and 1871 censuses. She died from smallpox. The Merioneth records office in Dolgellau confirmed the year of death - it was registered under Corwen which would have covered LLanuwchllyn at that time. However, neither they nor ourselves can find any record of a burial in Merionethshire. Any ideas? We did wonder if she had been buried on a farm somewhere but surely there would still have been a record of place of burial.
