Lodger, do you happen to know if any of the Waddells from Leadloch were buried in Cambusnethan? The ones definitely descended from the Waddells of Holehouseburn were mostly buried in Whitburn, but Leadloch is just inside C'nethan so I wonder if some might have found their way to that kirkyard?
Never trust anything you find online (especially submitted trees and transcriptions on Ancestry, MyHeritage, FindMyPast and other commercial web sites) unless it's an image of an original document - and even then be wary because errors can and do occur.

Hi Lodger
I previously asked you about Abraham Hamilton and you couldn’t find anything in Hamilton MI’s.....does that cover Bent Cemetery? He died in 1907 and I think is buried in Bent Cemetery
Many thanks
Karen

Hi Karen, the Hamilton MI's only cover the churchyard. There are very good burial records for the Bent, you could try contacting South Lanarkshire Council Cemeteries Office, they are very helpful there.
Paterson, Torrance, Gilchrist - Hamilton Lanarkshire.
McCallum - Oban, McKechnie - Ross of Mull Argyll.
Scrim - Perthshire.
Liddell - Polmont,
Binnie - Muiravonside Stirlingshire.
Curran, McCafferty, Stevenson, McCue - Co Donegal
Gibbons, Weldon - Co Mayo.
Devlin - Co Tyrone.
Leonard - County Donegal & Glasgow.

The death in 1907 was in Kelvin.

Have you contacted Glasgow City Council?

It is a very large cemetery with quite a few sections. Try South Lanarkshire Council for a lair number and I will check the lair plan I have
