Yes it is and, I have searched this cemetery with no joy. I have tried other cemeteries in the area, but no luck at all.

Thank you

cupcake,
I have a death on my tree which may or may not have something to do with your Jane Mein.      The death was as follows.

Jane Dalziel, aged 60, at Kirkton, Dumfries-shire.    Date of death: 21 Nov 1863.
Parents: John Mein & June Black (Both deceased)    Witness: Wm Dalziel.

Kirkton is just to the west of Tinwald.

Hi,

This Jane Dalziel (Mein) was my G Grandmother's sister - (my G Aunt?) Her headstone is at Kirkmahoe cemetery, Kirkton.

I am unable to find Jane's parents (my GG Grandparents) burial place - William MEIN & Janet MEIN ( nee Gracie).
Janet died 1864 Locharbriggs and William died 1874 Kirkton. Have tried both Tinwald and Kirkmahoe cemeteries, with no joy - that said, they may be buried in either, just no headstone.

Regards
