does the 1861 census cover Dumfries

as I have a lot of Douglas family in Dumfries I was wondering does the 1861 cover  that area or is it just England

There was a census in Scotland in 1861 and it does cover Dumfries but it is not indexed as far as I know - D&G FHS would be able to confirm that. 

I think it is only available on film.
