This is a long shot

I am trying to find a photo of this long gone church and graveyard. Located across the road from what is now MCFC "Eastlands" football ground

The images website does not have any  :'(

Might have to be a readers letter in the local rag I think  :)

Regards
Ken

That is Christ Church, My grandparents were married there, My grandfather used to point the steeple. The Church was roughly behind the New Royal picture house. The old rectory is still there.
The cemetry was emptied my knowledge around 1965. I used to play in the ruins as the church was being
pulled down. The land was de-concecrated and the land now forms part of the school playing fields

Mal,

You said you had some info regarding the records for christ church in Bradford? Do you have records relating to the Rector of Christ Church in 1925 please?
I have a marriage record and wanted to confirm their marriage at this church. The record shows a Rector named Cretney performed the ceremony.

regards
David

Hi Muttley99
This link should take you to the marriage register for Bradford Christ Church. It only goes up to 1924 but you can check the vicar's name to see if it is the same one

Heather,
Thank you very much. I didn't realise these records were available as I've been using ancestry.com.
