Fania Family of Taranto, Italy

Hi guys,

I was hoping someone out there could possibly help me locate some new info regarding my Ancestor Angelina Fania Gargiulo's family.

Angelina was born in Taranto, Apulia, Italy in April 1880 and died August 21 1923 in Bronx, NY, USA
She was married to Raffaele Gargiulo in 1897 in Italy.
She was the daughter of Filomena & Francesco Fania
I would love to be able to find out some more information about her parents or any possible siblings, or any information regarding her life before she immigrated to America in 1899.

has 18 records of Fania in Taranto ..... from 1824 ...but your Francesca and Filomena don`t appear
anyway...have a look ...something may look familiar to you

Thanks so much for the tip, but unofrtunately I only found one record with a Fania from Taranto, what kind of records were they?
And yes, my Raphael Gargiulo was born in 1876 Italy and lived in NY
