Surely this must be Sarah's baptism on familysearch:

Sarah Gote bp.2/12/1781 St. Peter, Sudbury, dau. of Henry and Hannah.

At least 4 more children after then when surname Goat.

Henry Gote married Hannah Good/Goody 2/12/1779 Sudbury.

Hannah Goody bp.23/9/1759 Sudbury, dau. of Baker and Hannah - cannot find baptism for a Henry Gote/Goat anywhere in the UK born around same period.
