Thomas was born 1861, that would make him 86 in 1947! could the reported age at death be incorrect?

I meant has anyone yet searched the irish registration addresses thoroughly for his death leaving out Derry pre 1921 and post 1921, even his will etc.   A collection of negatives answers is as good as positive in his circumstance, back to you all.

I searched for 'Thomas Lang' death 1911-1961 in GRONI's database (see reply #9) and the 1947 death was the only result.

An online family tree gives this as his death- 1936 Galway:
https://familysearch.org/ark:/61903/1:1:FTKP-5Q9
Same tree gives address as 41 Clooney Terrace, L'derry on son Norman's 1915 enlistment papers

Do you have his wife's death cert ?

When & where did she die ?

Do you have the cert ?

Does it say she was a widow or married on it ?
