Finningley family of Whitwell early 1600's

I have received a copy of the will of John Finningley dated 1629. Even though it is quite hard to decipher I can see that there was a son John Finningley who was left his father's lands in Whitwell, a daughter Margery who was married to a William Junmoro??, a Bridget married to John Mowborry, and a Hannah Finningley _ another daughter or his wife not sure. It is also mentioned that he left monies for the repair of the Church.
Can anyone help me with records for any of the above?
