a longshot, the petrol tank looks like an old Norton, the side car with a bird on it, is it a swallow ?, Swallow sidecars were made in Blackpool by the founder of Jaguar cars William Lyons circa 1922

Surely not the same bike XF1785 and XF1786 - business in seaside photography must have been good!

From another site:

Suggested location:
Location is 100% Margate. Ethelbert Crescent, Cliftonville to be precise!

Good evening,

First, all pictures have same no plate, ending in 6. Give me a couple of days and I will get you make of bike + year and place of registration if genuine plate. We have one of the countries leading veteran motorcycle restorer's and dealers just up the road but normally closed when I get in from work. Probably have to wait till Saturday.
