Does anyone have a connections with Purves Hall in Eccles, Berwickshire?

My great-grandfather, Nathaniel Johnson, worked as a Groom/Coachman for the Home Family in Berwickshire and lived at Purves Hall (1901) and Marchmont (1911).

If anyone has any connection to this area - Purves Hall in particular - I would be very interested to hear from you.
