A bit more on family of James Clifford and Margaret Devlin in case they are your relatives. From civil registration indexes:
DEATH: Thomas Clifford (0) Oct./Dec.1916 Londonderry volume 2 page 119
BIRTH: Elizabeth Frances Clifford Oct./Dec.1917 Londonderry volume 2 page 142
BIRTH: Winifred Margaret Clifford Jan./Mar.1919 Londonderry volume 2 page 158
Charles Alphonsus Clifford Jan./Mar.1920 volume 2 page 168
Away sorting out DNA matches... I may be gone for some time many years!

Eileen might be a nickname- I've seen if used as one for Helen/Ellen (it's the Irish form) or even Elizabeth (and there is an Elizabeth in that family) so perhaps keep an open mind.

When and where did you grandmother marry?

i will bear that in mind.

My nan and Grandad married in 1937 i think. My Grandad Reuben Kimberley was a Soldier with the Notts regiment based in Northern Ireland. My uncle * was the first born there in 1938, then * (maybe in NI, maybe in Newark , Notts) then my dad J* in 1945.

*recent family details removed

If they married in Northern Ireland then the marriage certificate will only list father's name and occupation (mother not listed).

Hi, there are no birth entries recorded for a Dolores Clifford up until 1921, no records available online after that date for Northern Ireland so she could have been born post 1921, if you had the birth certificate of Mary from 1914 then i'm sure everything else will fall into place, you have a DOB so should be straight forward to confirm.

i'm not sure if that's helpful or not really  :-\

Going back to this family (which may or may not be the ones you are looking for)-
Mary catherine clifford    (b.1914)
Thomas Clifford            (b.1916)
Elizabeth F Clifford       (b.1917)
Winifred Margaret Clifford (b.1918)
Charles A Clifford         (b.1920)
Thomas Francis Clifford    (b.1920)
James   Clifford      (b.1921)

Charles and Thomas both born 1920 so these could be 'Charlie and twin', 1st Thomas died young, Elsie could be a nickname for Elizabeth (although my friend Elsie is really Hester)...
