Urgent help needed

Dear all
I know that we're in the week leading up to Christmas, but I am hoping that you can help me.  one of my dearest friends is dying and may not see new year (its really sad).  She has always wanted to do her family tree, so as a last gift to her, I've offered to do it for her.  As I'm also at work leading up to Christmas, I feel that I am running out of time to get as much info to her as possible!  I have done some, but wondered if I put some basic details on here, if some of you really kind lovely people would just take a little of your very precious time and see what you can find?  I don't mind if I get 10 people find the same thing!  My thoughts are, the more people working on this, the more we will find in a short time.  I've started on A******y and have found out some of her family.  If I give you the details of her parents and grandparents, etc. then I'll leave the rest up to you.  The more obscure the findings are the better.  What I've managed to show her so far has really cheered her up and has given her something else to focus on.  Thank you so much for taking time to read this and to help wherever you can.  It means such a lot to me (and her).

she was not accompanied and was aged 22

Agnes Bertha Clarke was a Governess in 1901 to the Crabtree Family in Worcester
a Governess was not the best job to have as they were expected to do work in the house and look after the children in additon to teaching them so long hours in exchange usually for bed and board.

added:
Governess sometimes didnt know much more than the eldest child in their charge
there was no formal training for them and sometiems they were expected to help out with the household chores, they couldnt socialise with the family or with the staff so they were rather inbetweeners and sometimes with young males in the hosue and an unaccompanied young lady problems arose!
