Here's the newspaper death notice for Sydney KINGSFORD (I've removed the names of his children that I can't locate deaths for and will PM the complete notice to you - but this gets the other names in the forum).

NEWSPAPERS: DEATH – KINGSFORD Sydney. On September 23, 1967, at his daughter’s residence, Gilmore St, Waihi, loved father of Phil (Mrs BLAND, Wellington), xxxx (Mrs xxxx, Waihi), Syd (Feilding), Graham (Upper Hutt), Ian (Reporoa), Fred (Lower Hutt), and xxxx (Taupo) and father in law of Herb, Doug, xxxx, Doreen, xxxx, and xxxx; grandfather of 25 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren. Service: St John’s Anglican Church, Waihi, at 11am Monday, funeral then leaving for Waihi Cemetery. [‘NZ Herald’ (Auckland), Monday, 25sep1967, 2/10]

my father was Fredrick Norman Kingsford who lived in Lower Hutt NZ

Hi there. My name is Leesa. My grandfather name was Francis Henry Kingsford who is also a son of Sydney Kingsford Sr. With great sadness i didn't know anything about my grandfather as he left when my father was only three. I have just started to do my family tree on the kingsford side so awesome I have found relations!! If anyone has any news on my grandad Francis Henry I would be so happy!!😀

Hi minniehaha

I know my grandad Francis Kingsford was the youngest son of Sydney Kingsford as my dad has a copy of my Nana's and grandad's wedding certificate that states he was the youngest son of Sydney. My mum also remembers my nana saying Francis was 20 years old when they got married. The date they got married was 2 December 1948. So he was born the year 1928. I'm pretty sure he was born in Wellington.😀

That's what I would like to know too. Sorry I have no glue.  But I think he was living in Melbourne definitely Australia when he left my nana.
