There is a Western Land Claim at Library and Archives Canada
Vol 385, Folio 455, Microfilm C-6245
for
Charles James Clifford
NE, Section 2, Township 32, Range 8, Meridian W2

W2 is Saskatchewan

C-6245 Iber # 386 and 387 are for Land Grants Nov 8, 1909 to Nov 23, 1909

If someone has access to the 1916 census, they may be able to determine who is living at the above and if it matches the info for Rama, Sask.

That could help to place the family at different times.
privat's were in Ontario in 1901, Manitoba for birth of Earl in 1906 and in Killarney for 1911 Census and also for marriage of Matilda May Ruth in 1925 but may have been in Vancouver in 1930 at death for Benjamin.

You can also order the complete military file for Charles James Clifford at Library and Archives Canada through the information on his Attestation Papers. Sometimes there is valuable information in the files especially for pay allotments, medical info, etc. This could also help to place Sabina.
Charles James Clifford enlisted in Saskatoon in 1915.

1901 Census of Canada
Clifford family is in
York East, Toronto, Ontario, Quarter No 1

There is a contact person associated with this family

1911 Census of Canada
John Clifford and some of his daughters are listed in Toronto East, Ontario at 8 Vancouver Ave.

I wasn't able to find Charles or Sabina on the 1911 census so they may have been on the move or missed during the process.

You can view the 1881 and 1891 census using pdf or jpeg and the 1901 and 1911 census through the split screen/view option.

Hopes this helps in your search

http://www.iroquoisfallschamber.com/web-content/index.html

Iroquois Falls Chamber of Commerce, go to history

In the great bush fire of 1916 all the area covered by Monteith, Kelso, Porquis, Montrock, Ansonville and Iroquois Falls was overrun by fire. People living close by the Abitibi Mill ran to it for protection. all of the hamlets rebuilt except Kelso. If you look at the history section, it lists all the names (several) that died in the fire. it is probable that all records such as church or municipal were lost in the fire. At that time in history most records were kept locally so it is quite possible that you will never find an official record of the marriage of Charles and Sabina as it was lost in the fire.

I hope I was able to find some info that you didn't already have. If you don't have all the names of the children of Charles and Sabina, let me know and I will send a pm to you. Also there are 4 Clifford's living in Timmins and you can access that information at
www.canada411.ca
