Thanks for putting up such a great photo! after 15 years of searching for Rev. Stokes' ancestry with help from another cousin, I finally found that my husband had no relationship to the Stokes through his McAuley/McGauley/Macauley ancestors, but his cousin who helped with the research and is a McCormack/McKenna descendant, is related. He will probably contact you. Thanks again. Sheila Macauley

Hi, I am the granddaughter of James Patrick Stokes, who is the elder brother of John Francis Stokes. The Stokes family have been trying to get in touch with relatives for the last few years. Have you found any further information about John Francis Stokes? Maureen, Manchester.

Hi Maureen, If you email me at Macauley@tiac.net   I will send you my cousin Kevin's email address and you can contact him as he is the one who is related to Rev. Stokes.

Hi, I am a relative of Monsignor Stokes also.  Our great grandfathers were brothers.
