PAIN - St Nicholas Church of Ireland, Dundalk
« on: Saturday 14 January 12 15:26 GMT (UK) »
My gt gt grandfather was stationed at Dundalk Barracks with 19th Hussars and died there in 1881 aged 35.  His M.I. is at St Nicholas Church of Ireland Dundalk.

Would it be possible to find out if any children of his were baptised at St Nicholas Church in the years leading up to 1881 when the 19th Hussars were stationed there?

I'm afraid to say that there are no baptism records for children of Joseph & Hannah Paine recorded in the St. Nicholas registers. There is a burial record for Joseph and the M.I., but nothing more about the family.
