Look up David Jones b 1795 Bala

I am trying to find the next generation in my family tree. My ggg grandfather David Jones was born in Bala 1795 and moved to Llanwddyn where he married Elinor Davies in 1822. He was a shoemaker and lived the rest of his life in Llanwddyn. I have no idea who his parents nor any siblings are. Has anyone any access to the BALA records please?
