Looking at the image for that household, there seems to be a HEad of Household, H Bush, widower, who is crossed through.
It then continues with his married daughter Luella Taylor, his unmarried children John Bush, Ernest Bush, and Anna Bush, and two of his grandchildren Ralph Higgins (presumably has older dtr married toa Higgins)and CHarles Tayor (presumably son of Luella).

Looks like H Bush (HB) is away from home and Luella is holding the fort.

H. Bush has been entered at the address in the census by mistake, there is a note stating that she "slept at Hester Bushes Nursery entered there"

In copying the entry for Anna   BUSH,  the enumerator has put 'son' instead of 'daughter'
Luanna Taylor is the married daughter of H. Bush, and Chas. Taylor is her son. Ernest and Anna Bush are the children of H. Bush, and Wm. Higgins must be the son of another daughter of H. Bush.

Looking at 1861, maybe Higgins was a previous name of Mrs Bush. Maybe Ralph in 1871 is a child of this George, or of an older Higgins child

RG9 1666 8 9
William 55
Harriett 42
George Higgins son 8
John Brish Bush 3 son
Ernest Bush 11 mths son

and maybe H Bush in 1871 was actually W Bush!

H. Bush is Harriet Bush, with Hester Bush.

I also found H Bush  widower crossed through and written after it appears to be
' sleeper at Hester Bush ----  entered there'
Very odd  entry .   Now to find Hester Bush.

OK, so HB is HArriett (as per 1861 census) the mum, not William at all.

Marriage
Ap/MAy/JUn 1866
Wells 5c 939

Noannah Higgins / Walter Taylor

This might be Luanna (?) marrying Mr Taylor, in which case she was nee Higgins too and probably from an earlier marriage of Harriett, before she married William Bush
