Sorry for late reply, I've been on holiday with no WiFi.
Unfortunately I haven't any more information.  I surmised from the replies I received that there was little historical documentation kept concerning these hospitals. However, I've not looked for anything in Belgium. Great to hear that your gt grandfather was at the same hospital as mine.
