Many thanks Ambly and Annette. Have looked at the 1871 census for the household of John Dunmore and Jane formerly Nutt living in Uppingham and it appears Janes children listed are the same ones fathered by her former husband Robert Nutt. I also are of the opinion that Jane Odom married Robert Nutt and it now appears that those public members on Ancestry have got the wrong spouse !
