A Baptism for Launcelot or any information on the Hardie or Watt family would be much appreciated.
Launcelot moved to London and worked as a Stonemason.

Interesting - in 1881 David & Mary J Lindsay were at 6 River St

James Hardy (Hardie) was living with his aunt at 85 River St in 1881

Carole very interesting, David Lindsay left for the United States 1st May 1882. My Great Grandfather Lancelot was born in 1885. James living in the same street as his future wife. I just hope James was a Gentleman.
So 1881C at 85 River St. with his aunt would mean the Hardie's are of Brechin?
My notes from IGI are incorrect as I had James born 1859 at Dundee, so thanks.
