yeoman, in 20. Taken before Price Jones for the said Robert Cooper to appear at the next G.Q.S. to prefer a
bill of indictment against William Hughes of Gronwyn in pa. Buttington, weaver, for feloniously taking a
parcel of hempen yarn which was found in his custody and give evidence.

That William Hughes who is now confined in the house of correction upon his giving proper security may be
discharged by any one justice at any time between this and next quarter.
