PURSUANT to a Final Decree of the County
Court of Montgomeryshire, holden at Welshpool,
dated the seventh day of December, 1880, made
in the Matter of the trusts of the Will of Joseph
Hughes, deceased (late of Golfa, in the parish of
TVelshpool, in the county of Montgomery, Mason),
who died on the 6th February, 1852, Ann
Yearsley, Widow, and Charles Jones (executors of
"William Pryce Yearsley) v. William Withy (executor of Joseph HugheSj deceased) and Richard
Hughes (Plaint E469), whereby it was ordered
that the Registrar allot the moneys in Court as
follows (inter alia): —
As regards one seventh portion thereof devised by the Will of the testator, to the
children of testator's Brother William (who
died on 28th October, 1852) or the legal personal representatives of such of them as may
be dead...
As regards one other seventh part bequeathed
in like manner to testator's Brother Benjamin
fwho died on 23rd May, 1854), the same to be
•equally divided between his children.
As regards three seventh equal parts or
shares to the respective heirs at law or legal
representatives of the testator's Brother
Edward (who died about 1870), John (who died
on llth August, 1870) and Robert (who died on
llth February, 1874).
Notice is hereby given that all persons claiming
to be entitled under the said Final Decree are,
on or before the 10th day of May, 1936, to send
by post prepaid to Mr. Jtl. Gwynne, of Wellington, Salop, Solicitor, their full Christian and
surnames, addresses and descriptions, and full
particulars of their claims, or in default thereof
they will be excluded from the benefit of the said
Final Decree, unless the Court or Judge on
application otherwise orders.
Claimants are to attend personally, or by their
Solicitor, before His Honour Judge H. Walter
Samuel, K.C., at the Court Room, the Town Hall,
Welshpool, on Wednesday, 20th day of May, 1936,
at ten o'clock, being the time appointed for the
hearing of claimants.

NOTE.—The persons enquired for are the issue,
or legal personal representatives of such issue as
may now be dead, of the Brothers and Sisters of
the testator. The testator had in addition to the
Brothers above mentioned, two other Brothers,
viz.:—
Richard (who died on 4th August, 1854) and
Thomas (who died 9n 18th May, 1875).
The Hughes family and branches thereof referred to resided in Shropshire and Montgomeryshire.
