I hope someone might be able to help me.
There is a newspaper index (in book form) at the Ewart Library in Dumfries which I would like to access, but am currently unable to make a visit myself.
I would be very grateful if somebody could help me to see if there are any members of the ADAMSON family listed in the name index prior to about 1850.
I can provide much more information if required.
