USA Citizenship/Naturalisation

HI All
Is it possible to get the information about someone who obtains Citizenship/Naturalisation is there a Certificate of some sort.
Also what information might be learned if it was available.
If it is possible from where would one get such information.

There is no certificate per se, but there is usually a "Declaration of Intent" and "Petition for Naturalization."  Here is a link that explains the fine details on what is available and where it might be found.
