A friend of mine went to Patagonia on a cruise ship about 6yrs ago and was astounded that people spoke Welsh to this day.
What a wonderful heritage.

Do you know anything more about him - parents, siblings, etc. ?  How did you find out about him?

Someone who has a relative married into my Gabriel family contacted me on GR this morning.I'm waiting for further details from the contact.

I'm looking at the birth you gave in 1884.

The contact's Grandfather was a Hugo Campo Davis born in Chile in 1895 returning to the UK in  1918.It doesn't add up with the 1884 birth!
