The thing that is hard to understand is the 1851 Census. Ancestry.com says Eliz #1 is UNmarried. You cite that she is a widow. The letter is very difficult to see even if enlarged. Where did you get WIDOW?

I'm a bit confused as to why the 3 yr old Elizabeth in Islington in 1851 has been alighted upon. 

In London terms, Islington and Fulham are very far from one another (north-central-east/south-west respectively).

If after her marriage Elizabeth gives her birthplace as Fulham, how has it been identified that the Islington-born 3 yr old in 1851 is the right person?

1861 - an Elizabeth Rokhard aged 15 b Fulham, neice of William Hare, licenced victualler b Carterton, Rutland and Lucy, b stanley, Warwickshire. Both are 45

William Hare is one of the witnesses to the 1866 marriage of Elizabeth to Israel Wickens, so this seems a good find.

If it's of any interest there is on familysearch an Elizabeth Bush Harriss b 1807 and a Lucy Harriss b 1813, one of a number of children b to William and Elizabeth Harriss of stoneleigh
