I am sure you can :)

Margaret is one of my brick walls. She shares pride of place with just one other unnamed wife in my 4th generation. There is a good chance I will never know her real name but in the interest of leaving no stone unturned I will continue to search.

Hi  :)

Powderpuff,

I had a look for your marriage in the Oswestry churches with no luck,  I see the marriage on Freebmd, March q 1875 vol 6a page 997 Oswestry district,  if you look on free bmd and click on the Oswestry bit it will give you a look at what the district covers, any idea where he was actually married, I will check again the churches in Oswestry next time im there in case I missed it,

Paul,  No luck finding the Marriage you are after, could be it is just over the border into Wales, I did search the Births of The Drury Surname in Selattyn records between 1814 and 1843, will list if you think it might help,

Best wishes
Pete :)

Pete,

Greatly appreciate your time. I think I expected a lack of Margaret but it was certainly worth checking.

I would welcome the list if you have it to hand. It would certainly be useful as a sanity check and may hold some gems. By all means PM me if you wish.

Thank you so much for your time.

Hello Pete

If you have time when visiting the Archives could I ask for  some look ups again.

Marriage of William Henry WHITE 1918 at Wrockwardine Wood Parish Church or if not there could you try Wrockwardine Wood Methodist.

Also marriages of Gwendoline May HILL 1936 and Frederick F HILL at St Georges Parish Church (name of village is St Georges)
Burial of William Edmund HILL 1920 at St Georges Parish Church.

Thanks
Sue
