Use http://freebmd.rootsweb.com/ you can check them out yourself, that's  all the rest of us are using(or the Cheshire BMD's)

I think Charlotte being married by 1911 might be a mistake,or why would she still be at home and using her maiden name?

I thought that too Carol, as I couldnt find a marriage for her on FreeBMD.
But then I wondered why they had specifically filled in that she had been married for 4 years!

Unless they are still talking about Robert, but put it on Caroline's 'line' - ie his first marriage was 6 years ago (well, it wasnt actually, it was 7/8 depending on before or after census) and his second marriage was 4 yrs ago -  which would be right as they would have their 5th anniversary during 1911.

Just a theory.

Ah - just solved the problem of the wrong number of children!

1891 (RG12 2911 7 7 ) shows William as surname Taylor and as a step son! So that is why the numbers didnt add up in 1911 - he wasnt a child of the marriage.
