there are quite a lot of Thomson/Pritchard children in various areas of the country - if  Alice stayed in Atcham reg dist after marriage there are possible birth regs 1922 and 1930
I won't post names -as they may still be living

You asked - Alice Emma Thompson married 1921 -died 1981 -any children?

I cannot find a marriage of Alice E Thompson to a Williams in 1921??

But have noticed you are now calling her Emma Thompson??

Could you clarify which name you are looking for ?? Alice Emma -or just Emma???

Suzard   my apologies again...i went back to look at Atcham on the census and realised that there were 2 Pritchard children...i hadn't seen that before...one Alice Emma was not a child of Emma and James as i thought...Emma was...so i was going down the wrong road! So by assuming that Alice Emma was in my tree led me to her marrying Cyril Thompson....it now looks as though Emma is the line i should have followed and i believe she married a William Williams in 1927...careless of me...i should have checked the census ..although i must say i looked at a site last year and only saw Alice....

this is a little complicated

James and Emma Pritchard had 1 child
(Emma also had a daughter Harriet Palmer from a previous relationship)

1901 they have daughter Emma age 1month

1911 (what looks like ) the same daughter is age 10 and named Alice??

so which one is it to be??

1901 census was taken 31 Mar 1901

"Emma" Pritchard was age 1mth at time of 1901 census

So a birth reg Mar or Jun qtr would be what you are looking for ????

6a 672  I cannot find a birth reg for Emma Prtichard around that time???

her p.o.b. is given as Coalbrookdale Salop -which I thought was in Madely reg dist -but am not certain???

So what marriage are we looking for?????
