I do believe you are both right. I enlarged the photo and the Q started to look more like a 9.

Michael Jackson Married Lilly's mother 25th April 1906 Lilly/Lizzie was born 26th of July 1906 at 4 Adair Street and Michael died on the 4th of October 1906 at 22 Walkers Place aged 21 from TB his mother Mary Jackson registered his death...

Thank you for the update. Have not been searching this line lately. Thank you for the nudge. I am working on the family now.  This has proved to be easier not with so much more info on-line.
