Re marriage or death record
« on: Saturday 07 April 12 17:04 BST (UK) »
I have a Christina Todd (formerly Vickers) born c 1823 in Cummertrees who is  on the 1861 Census aged 35 a Widow, living in Annan, there is no sign of her in 1871 nor can I see a re marriage nor a death record in Scotland or England.

Has anyone got any idea's or would maybe take a look to see if I am missing something   :-\

Thanks Patrish  :)

I see a John Todd age 28 married to Jane(Brown?) in Annan in 1881(High ST.)
Is that Christina's son ?

If it is would his marriage certificate(1874?) provide any clues ?

Hi patrish,

Surname: tod* (Wildcards allowed)
Forename: christ* (Wildcards allowed)

Leave other boxes blank, then,

Sex: Female
Year Range: 1861 to 1874
County etc: Dumfries
District: Annan

1 single result and it's GOT to be her?

Anne
