Charlotte Randel/Rendell

I have some info on a Charlotte Randel from the 1881 census. She is a Housemaid in Queens Road St Peter port age 26.  Her family name has been spelt Rendell,Rendall and Randell on various documents so I am trying to work out if she is the Charlotte Rendell that I am looking for.   Can anyone provide any further details for the 1871.1891 and 1901 censuses? or any other info.  The rest of her family had returned to Dorset by the 1881 census only she and her brother Lambert remained on Guernsey. I have him tracked down on both 1881 and 1891 censuses.

That is Lambert the father of Charlotte not her brother.  I have pretty good info on the parents and D.O.B's on their children it's what happened to the two eldest Charlotte and Lambert, especially when the rest of the family returned to Dorset c 1878/79

I cant see Charlotte in 1871.

Charlotte was born October 1854, the eldest child in the family. I guess that she would have been in service by 1871 or at least possibly not living with the rest of her family.  This is why I think that maybe Charlotte Randel age 26 who appears in the 1881 census as housemaid at Queens Rd St Peter port (PRO ref RG11/5626 Folio 84 Page 29 FHL fim No 1342352) 'may' be the same person.  If anyone can keep a look out for her, or variants of her name, aged approx 16/17 elsewhere in the 1871 census I would appreciate it.
